Andy is a veteran in the business world, having worked as a management consultant to being in an advisory role for businesses based out from Asia and Europe to being a serial entrepreneur in starting up businesses in various sectors such as financial services, education, IT, media, property, luxury products, food & beverage, healthcare and retail.
He has established extensive business partnerships and served as President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan and a member of the Board of Governors of the European Business Council. In recognition of this, he was awarded an OBE by Queen Elizabeth II in 2011. Outside the business realm he actively contributes as Vice President of the Rotary Club of Singapore.

A sage in talent management KA had an accomplished career spanning over more than 30 years holding key positions in large organisations such as Singapore Exchange, Tiger Airways, Civil Service College and Norske Skog PanAsia.
He was a recipient of the Global Forum / Robert L. Dilworth Award in 2011 in recognition of his exceptionally valuable contributions to Executive Development and Action Learning (AL) worldwide and continues to contribute to AL initiatives. At a personal level, KA continues to contribute and volunteers with various VWOs.

A creative strategist and storyteller by nature, Natalie has combined her passion for social impact and new technologies to create innovative products for multiple industries, including gaming, media, global NGOs and CSR. She is the Founder of Timefly, Hourvillage’s B2B platform that engages corporate employees with rewarding volunteering.
Natalie is proficient in concept ideation and smart partnerships, having led creative development of an online game for kids which enabled young people to support real social impact projects around the world. She was a business development and messaging consultant for TalentTrust, a 12 month skills-based volunteering program, and has orchestrated fundraising galas for international charities in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and San Francisco.
